Once you have purchased your first box, you will receive an email from us requesting your Disney preferences. As we are based in Hong Kong, please bear in mind any time difference.
We will not ship out your box until we receive your preferences.
If you have still not received an email request for your Disney preferences, please check your spam/junk inbox or drop us an email at hello@magicalpickmeup.com.
You can view, edit, skip a month or cancel your subscription by logging into your Magical Pick-Me-Up account and going into the Customer Portal.
If you are subscribed to a subscription box, you will receive one box per month until you cancel your subscription.
If you purchase a one-time box, you will only receive one box.
Subscription and one-time boxes will be shipped out between the 23rd and 30th of each month.
We do not currently take specific custom orders for Magical Boxes, however, items will be hand-picked and chosen based on your Disney preferences.

If you order a subscription box, you will be charged when you first sign-up and purchase your first Magical Box. After that, you will be billed on the 15th of every month.
Below are examples of different schedules depending on when you place your first order:
- If you subscribe and place your first order on August 20th, your next bill date will be on October 15th.
- If you subscribe and place your first order on August 15th, your next bill date will be on September 15th.
Magical Pick-Me-Up ships internationally to the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Japan
- Mainland China
- Malaysia (currently suspended)
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Philippines
- Singapore
- South Africa (currently suspended)
- South Korea
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- United States of America

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

International Orders

There are four tracking points: (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered.
- If you subscribe BEFORE the 16th March, your box will ship between the 23rd and 30th March and you will receive your box in April.
- If you subscribe AFTER the 16th March, your box will ship between the 23rd and 30th April and you will receive your box in May.
Due to the nature of shipping internationally, shipping times will vary. It may take 7 to 14 business days for mail items to reach you, however this is subject to flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, force majeure events etc as well as the territory coverage.
You should not need to pay any custom charges and we will try our best to ensure none occur. However, we cannot predict if any fees will be applied once your items reach your country.
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
As each box is personally customised just for you, we typically do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we will consider returns and/or exchanges based on your case.
Any shipping fees for returning items will be covered by the customer.
